About me

ABOUT ME

Hi. I'm Christina. A freelance illustrator and visual and production designer.

 

I've dabbled in lots of fields--from bike mechanics to teaching AP Spanish to educating refugee youth--but design and production have always been a constant. 

​

​My work is inspired by environmental anthropology, geology, DIY punk culture, my love of all things bikes, and the many places I've been lucky to call home, mainly Appalachia, the Deep South, the Southwest, NYC, and Mexico City. 

​​​

When I'm not working or outdoors, you can find me singing to my plants and attempting to learn too many instruments.

AbouT MY WORK 

Inspirations and commission info

Please contact me regarding pricing of commissioned pieces. Pet portrait prices depend on paper size and desired medium.

I love working with all mediums, but pen and ink and gouache dominate my work simply because they're so easy to travel with. I am open to working with other mediums for specific commissions, however. 

​​​​

A friend once described my style as children's illustrations meet punk aesthetics, and I've always quite liked that.
